Part 1, with Grey- Chain 17, sc in 2nd chain from hook, sc to last st. 10 dc in last ch. Working on opposite side of chain, sc 9. Ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hk, sc 5, hdc in same hole as st 9. Ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch, hdc in same st, sc 5, 2 sc in last st, ch 2, sc in 2nd ch, joi to 1st st. Leave a long tail and FO.
- Attach yarn in st next to 1st ch, sc 5, 2 sc, ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch, join. FO.
Part 2
- Ch 11, hdc to end. FO. (10)
Sew on to hat in place.
